of scrutiny is appropriate before giving to an organization.
Who are you accountable to?
What are your current funding sources?
Does the board donate to the organization?
What are the elements of the program that make it successful?
What is your staffing ratio to clients? What training do they have?
How does the program work to make a person whole?
Is your program faith-based? What are the faith requirements of your staff?
How many women are in leadership positions in your organization?
How many women are on your board?
What are you teaching women about men?
